How do I obtain my 1098-T Form?

1. Sign into MyViking
2. Click on "Student Planner"
3. Click on "Home" along the top navigation menu
4. Click on "My Documents" from the drop-down menu
5. Check box labeled "Include completed items"
6. Click view or print next to the 1098-T tax form
