Click here to view your submitted tickets

  1. Click "Sign In" located on the top right corner of the Help Desk page 
  2. Enter MyViking credentials and click the "Go"
  3. Click "Services" located on the top navigation menu
  4. Click "Ticket Requests" to view all of your submitted tickets
