MyViking - Claim My Account - Employee

Note: First time users must claim the account before logging in.  During the Claim My Account process, you will set a password, set challenge questions and setup DUO Mobile (two-factor authentication). 

How to "Claim Account"

1. Check your personal email address and SPAM folder for an important email containing your Grayson College claim code and username.
   • Unable to find your Claim Code?  Contact hr@grayson.edu to obtain your Claim Code and username.
2. Go to: https://www.grayson.edu
3. Click on MyViking
4. Enter your username
5. Click Go
6. Enter your username again
7. Enter your Claim Code
8. Click Go
9. Passwords must be a minimum of 10 characters in length, and contain 3 of the 4 requirements:
   • 1 upper case character
   • 1 lower case character
   • 1 number
   • 1 special character (example: ! @ # $ %, etc)
   • Passwords cannot contain:
     • Your first name
     • Your last name
     • Your date of birth
     • Your username
     • Repeated characters or a sequence of keyboard strokes (example: 1234, mmm888, or asdfg)
     • A password you’ve used in the past
10. Setup Challenge Questions and Help Desk Questions, click "Next" or “Save” along the bottom
