Getting Started:
Challenge Questions are an additional layer of security to ensure that your account and personal information stays safe. It's important to use questions and answers that no one else would know, but that you will remember. The questions need to be confidential, memorable, and consistent.
Types of Challenge Questions:

- The Pre-Defined Questions are for you to answer if you forget your password and need to use the "Forgot My Password" function.
- The Support Team Questions are for the Grayson College Help Desk to verify who you are and help you if you need assistance with your account. You will have to come up with your own questions for this section. Some examples of good questions are:
- What breed is your pet?
- What is your sibling's middle name?
- What is your eye color?
- What was your high school mascot?
- What sport do/did you play?
- What was your childhood nickname?
Requirements for Challenge Questions:
You should update your security questions often, especially if you use questions with answers that could change over time. When updating your Challenge Questions, you must answer all questions before saving.
- You must answer a minimum of 3 Pre-Defined Questions and 3 Support Team Questions
- Answers cannot be the same as answers for any other question.
- Answers must be between 3 and 255 characters in length. If your answer is "3", you must spell out "three" instead of entering a single digit as an answer.
- Examples:
- "1" should be "one"
- "23" should be "twenty three"
