Please access Office365 through the MyViking portal.
If you have any other version of Microsoft Office installed, you must uninstall it and re-install Office 365 from within the MyViking portal link.
Please close all browsers and Word documents. Then log into MyViking and click on the "Office365" icon. You should get an option on the main section of the page to "Browse" documents, or along the top left corner select "File", then select "Open" or something similar. Use the navigation popup to select and open your document.
If you lead by opening the Word document first, you may receive the "unlicensed" error message. You may need to open Office365 first, then pull your document into Office365.
