DUO Mobile App - Two-Factor Authentication

NOTE: We strongly recommend adding an alternative phone number or device to your DUO Mobile account before your cell phone is lost/broken or replaced.

Don't have DUO Mobile yet? Install it first by downloading the app through the app store:

iPhone: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/duo-mobile/id422663827

Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.duosecurity.duomobile

Activating Duo Mobile:

Log into MyViking. You will be prompted with Duo in one of two ways:

If you do not have a mobile phone on file you will receive the following message. Follow the prompts to activate your Duo Mobile account. -OR-

If you do have a mobile phone on file, watch the following step-by-step video to re-activate Duo Mobile.

If your mobile phone number has changed to a new number, please submit a ticket.

Click My Settings and Devices. It will prompt you to authenticate.

Click "Enter a Passcode".

Select "Text me new codes" in the blue bar along the bottom and enter the code at the prompt, then click Log In.

Follow the on screen instructions to activate the Duo Mobile App.

Once you have completed this section, you can add/remove other devices in the My Settings & Devices section.  Access to the physical phone associated with your account/DUO is required to sign in. Have you recently broke/lost your phone or received a new phone?  If so, you may need to reactivate a new device associated with your account. In this situation, it is strongly  advised to have an alternative phone number or device setup with your DUO account.
