Knowledge Base: The Knowledge Base is used to search for instructions and potential answers to problems.

Services: Services are used for submitting Help Desk tickets to various departments for review.


 Start a Ticket for Success Coach or Facility Services.

Success Coach and Facility Services must access the old ticketing system to manage tickets. 

Ticket Managers Only: Click on "Management Interface" to login to the old ticketing system.
