 Auto-Fill / auto-populated old information Manually type information into each field.  Avoid Auto-Fill / auto-populated information

Claim My Account: The Claim My Account operation failed

 Account has been claimed “Forgot My Username”
“Forgot My Password”

Claim My Account: LOOP (page resets/redirects back to policy page)

 Account has been claimed “Forgot My Username”
“Forgot My Password”

Forgot My Username: No unique records found

 Information does not match your application/account Enter the PERSONAL email address associated with your application/account

Forgot My Password: Your password can not be retrieved for one of the following reasons

 Incorrect username “Forgot My Username”

Forgot My Password: Your password can not be retrieved for one of the following reasons

 Account has not been claimed “Claim My Account”

Lookup Student ID: Bad Request: No student ID found

 Incorrect information entered Enter the username, date of birth, or SSN associated with your application/account
Claim My Account: At least one answer is too short. Minimum length: 3 Challenge question answer is too short. Answers must be at least 3 characters in length.  If two words are used, the first word must be longer than 3 characters.
