IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Knowledge Base: The Knowledge Base is used to search for instructions and potential answers to problems.
Services: Services are used for submitting Help Desk tickets to various departments for review.
- Go to: help.grayson.edu
- Sign-In to see all available options. Sign-in is not required to submit a ticket.
- Click the gray "Submit a Ticket" button along the vertical menu or "Services" along the blue horizontal menu.
- Select the associated category and service related to your issue.
- Click Start Ticket, fill out the form, and click Submit.
- Check your SPAM folder for important emails from Grayson College regarding your support ticket.
- Click "Services" along the blue horizontal menu.
- Click "Ticket Requests" along the top gray horizontal menu to review and comment on your ticket.
