How-To: Submit a Ticket & View Submitted Tickets

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 

Knowledge Base: The Knowledge Base is used to search for instructions and potential answers to problems.

Services: Services are used for submitting Help Desk tickets to various departments for review.

"Sign In" to see more options!

 

  1. Go to: help.grayson.edu
  2. Sign-In to see all available options. Sign-in is not required to submit a ticket.
  3. Click the gray "Submit a Ticket" button along the vertical menu or "Services" along the blue horizontal menu.
  4. Select the associated category and service related to your issue.
  5. Click Start Ticket, fill out the form, and click Submit.
  6. Check your SPAM folder for important emails from Grayson College regarding your support ticket.
  7. Click  "Services" along the blue horizontal menu.
  8. Click "Ticket Requests" along the top gray horizontal menu to review and comment on your ticket.
